Olga Vorobyeva leads our company, enhancing and strengthening its reputation. She has deep knowledge in arbitration, tax, civil and commercial law, customs matters, as well as in registration, taxation, and dispute resolution.

Olga advises clients on tax planning, labor disputes and audits, contract law, and foreign economic activity. She actively participates in M&A projects, due diligence, audit reviews, as well as business creation and closure. Olga is a member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants and holds a law degree from Saint Petersburg State University.

Natalya Polukeva, Head of Accounting and Reporting, specializes in complex tax optimization and serves as chief accountant for the company’s clients. She actively shares her experience by giving lectures and presentations on accounting topics.

Natalya has extensive professional experience, including working as a consultant in accounting and taxation at EMG. She holds diplomas in taxation and international financial reporting from ACCA and has specialized education in accounting, analysis, and auditing from Saint Petersburg State Forestry Academy.

Tatyana Bogdanova, an accounting and tax consultant, has been working at EMG KZ since 2024. She specializes in accounting for companies in commercial real estate and wholesale trade sectors.

Tatyana holds specialized education in accounting, analysis, and auditing, as well as advanced certification. She is proficient in Russian and English. Tatyana specializes in accounting services for foreign and Kazakhstani companies.

Elizaveta joined the company in2024 and provides accounting support for companies in the retail and service industries. She specialises in payroll accounting, payroll calculation, and HR administration.

Elizaveta holds a specialized education in accounting, analysis, and auditing, and is commited to continuous professional development. She has completed advanced training programs, including an ACCA certificate in International Financial Reporting. Elizaveta is fluent in both Russian and English.

Pavel Shabanov joined the EMG KZ legal team in 2023. He is actively involved in the firm’s legal practice, applying his expertise and skills to support foreign and Russian companies with registration and business setup in Kazakhstan.

Pavel holds a bachelor’s degree from the Institute of Law at the People’s Friendship University of Russia and a master’s degree from the Law Faculty of Saint Petersburg State University. He is fluent in Russian and English.

Liliya Kapsomun joined the team in 2025. She is responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and agreements, ensuring their compliance with the law.

Liliya participates in the analysis of legal risks related to financial operations and accounting, as well as provides consultations to company employees on compliance with legislation and internal policies.

Taissia joined EMG KZ in 2025. She represents the company at international and local events, develops strategic business connections, and supports the integration of international expertise into the firm’s activities.

Prior to joining EMG KZ, Taissia worked with auction houses and galleries in New York and completed a legal internship in Paris. Fluent in English, French, and Italian, she effectively conducts negotiations, provides translation support, and facilitates international collaboration.
